'A CPO should be ready by the beginning of June, but owner Jimmy Wong will fight it and still wants to turn the building into a Chinese restaurant with a snooker hall, and other development. He has offered Frenson £3,000,000(?) for its freehold interest, but Frenson says it will only sell to a 'bona fide developer'. Downing Developments has plans for a hotel, office and residential development'.
